Salon D is a firm supporter in technological convenience. Salon D tenants have the option of checking their schedules and scheduling their appointments at any time via their own laptop or smart phone. Online booking is also available at the tenant’s request
Salon D provides a full shampoo staff to service your clients for you. Each client at Salon D is treated to a relaxing shampoo that includes a complimentary neck and scalp massage. Salon D’s shampoo technicians are trained and licensed to apply toners, neutralizers and deep conditioners. Salon D provides this service for each tenant so they may fully utilize their day.
First impressions and customer service are everything in business. Salon D provides its tenants with the best full time reception service. The reception staff schedules appointments, confirm appointments for next the next day, provide each tenant a print out of their schedule, and checks in clients. The reception desk also makes standing appointments and provides clients with a printout of their future appointments. Providing this service enables a tenant to fully concentrate on the client in their chair.
At Salon D, we believe that our environment is a reflection of ourselves. Salon D has always received a superior rating in inspections for cleanliness and sanitation from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Salon D has a full time cleaning service to help tenants be more productive in conducting their business while working in a clean and neat environment. The cleaning service includes:
-Sweeping after each client
-Washing, drying and folding towels, smocks and capes
-Mopping and vacuuming the entire salon every night
-Dust/Wipe off stations, chairs and mats
-Restroom, Breakroom and Dressing room
-Taking out the trash at stations and shampoo room.
Salon D is a salon of independent contractors, yet the atmosphere is like that of a multi-cultural family. Being professional is something that Salon D takes pride in. Looking /sounding unprofessional and negative attitudes are not tolerated at Salon D. When a tenant has to relocate to another salon, Salon D will guaranteed that every client of the tenant is directed to the tenants new location, no questions asked.
In a world of being an independent contractor / self-employed, it is difficult for hairstylists to be off work for long periods of time with out losing clientele. Salon D’s goal is to retain your clientele for you while you are indisposed, so upon your return your clientele will not have taken a loss.
When a tenant of Salon D is sick, injured or pregnant, the tenant has the option to ask if the Salon will service their clients in the tenants’ absence. The Salon D staff will take care of the clients needs for up to 4 months. The proceeds will be split at 35:65% where the tenant will receive 65% of the proceeds every Monday until their return to the salon. Upon the tenants return, use of Salon D assistants is available to ease their way back to work from their time off.
Giving back at Salon D is part of our foundation. As stylists, and human beings, we believe in helping one another. Salon D has hosted many charity events for different organizations. Twice a year, Salon D hosts a Cut-a-Thon, where all the proceeds of that day will go to the sponsoring charity/organization. We proudly support these charities:
